The second of our Bridgend-based collaborations with ‘The Coach Brewing Co.’.
From the mind of ‘Dog’s Window’s’ Head-Brewer, we created a citrus hop-forward IPA with hints of pine. Hopped with Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe whilst utilizing flaked rice in the mash to alter the mouthfeel.
