But not just any Barley Wine, Dog’s Window have tweaked it to suit their style.
Mixing the classic East Kent Golding and the more recent First Gold hops.
This brings a caramelized marmalade and orange blossom flavour.
Paired with a touch of Vienna Malt and finished off by conditioning with oak, turns this classic into something very special.
This beer is also in remembrance of the birthday of Peter Ralph, father of the founder of Dog’s Window Brewery.
