Introduction

Welcome to Dog’s Window Brewery. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods (including cans, kegs, and merchandise) provided through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Age Restrictions

It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

  • We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Our couriers will require valid photographic ID upon delivery if the recipient appears to be under 25.

  • If valid ID cannot be provided, the delivery will be refused and the goods returned to the brewery.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the current applicable rate.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment is taken in full at the point of checkout.

Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt. This email does not mean your order has been legally accepted.

  • The legal contract between you and Dog’s Window Brewery is only formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a confirmation of dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error is identified, or if we suspect the purchase breaches our Age Verification Policy.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly to ensure your beer arrives fresh.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or factors outside our control.

  • Parcels containing alcohol must be received by an adult and cannot be left unattended in safe spaces.

  • If a delivery is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or refusal to provide age-verifying ID, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from any refund.

Cancellations and Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us directly.

  • Returned goods must be unopened, in their original condition, and safely packaged.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for unwanted items.

  • If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and can artwork, is the property of Dog’s Window Brewery and is protected by UK copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any of this material without our explicit written permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
