Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where We Deliver

We currently ship our beers and merchandise exclusively to Mainland UK addresses.

Please note: Due to courier restrictions on liquids and alcohol, we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, or the Channel Islands.

Delivery Times and Couriers

All our mainland deliveries are handled safely and securely by our trusted courier partner, APC.

  • Standard Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Dispatch: We aim to pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your beer has left the brewery.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Mainland UK Delivery: Delivery calculations will be made at checkout.

Age Verification Upon Delivery (Challenge 25)

As our parcels contain alcohol, our deliveries are subject to strict licensing laws.

  • Adult Signature Required: Your delivery must be received by an adult.

  • Challenge 25: APC drivers operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. If the person receiving the parcel appears to be under 25, the driver will ask to see a valid, physical photo ID (such as a Passport or UK Driving Licence) to prove they are 18 or over.

  • No Safe Spaces: Because an adult must physically receive and potentially sign for the package, our couriers cannot leave your beer unattended in a “safe space” (such as a porch, shed, or recycling bin).

Missed Deliveries

If you are not at home when APC attempts delivery, they will leave a calling card or notify you via email/SMS with instructions on how to rearrange your delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. If a parcel is returned to the brewery after multiple failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover the cost of redelivery.
