Description
We took our rich, Muscovado-infused Imperial Stout and laid it to rest in Brandy and Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is an incredibly decadent and complex sipper. The Brandy barrels impart warming notes of steeped dark fruits, toasted oak, and a subtle spirit sweetness, while the Oloroso casks add deep, sophisticated layers of roasted walnuts, dried figs, and a touch of leather. These barrel characteristics meld perfectly with the base beer’s velvety oat body, dark chocolate malts, and sticky molasses notes. A luxurious, warming, and profoundly layered stout.
