Shadow Dancer is a bright, intensely juicy Hazy IPA built to showcase a massive, heavy-hitting dry-hop profile of Nectaron, Azacca, and Simcoe, supercharged with a precise hit of Galaxy Quantum Brite extract.
Diving into the glass, expect a massive sensory wave of ripe mango, intense passion fruit, and juicy peach, courtesy of the powerhouse Nectaron and Azacca combination. Simcoe grounds the upfront tropical juice with a beautiful underlying touch of dank pine, earthy resin, and bright citrus zest, while the Galaxy extract pushes those sweet passion fruit notes right to the front of the palate.
Built on a thick base of premium Pilsen, Wheat, Chit Malt, and Flaked Oats, the body is incredibly soft and pillowy. Fermented out with WHC Saturated yeast to lock in that vibrant haze, Shadow Dancer drinks incredibly smooth with a signature crisp, low-bitterness finish.
