Welcome to the July Brewser Pack.

Here’s the beautiful thing about craft beer: we all experience it just a little bit differently. When we write up the tasting notes for the beers we make, I’m sharing the flavours and aromas that jump right out of the glass. But your palate is unique to you.

Where we might pick up a massive hit of ripe mango or passionfruit from a heavy dry hop, you might notice sweet peach, a touch of citrus, or something else entirely first. And that is exactly how it should be! There are absolutely no right or wrong answers.

Think of our tasting notes as a friendly guide to point you in the direction of what we experience. The real fun is cracking open a fresh can, pouring it out, and discovering exactly what flavours you find for yourself. Trust your own taste buds and enjoy the beer.

It Was The Dog

We’ve gone all out on the hop profile here, featuring a massive double dry-hop of Superdelic and Strata, backed up by El Dorado with enhanced turpines for those bright, tropical notes. Expect an explosion of ripe red fruit, citrus, and a hint of dank resin on the nose, all balanced by a silky-smooth mouthfeel thanks to a heavy dose of flaked oats and naked oats. It’s bold, aromatic, and goes sooooo easily!

Way Out Westie

Pours a glorious golden colour with a beautifully smooth mouthfeel, thanks to a superb malt base of Maris Otter, flaked oats, and torrified wheat.

The real magic, however, is in the hop profile. It features a stellar, heavy-hitting lineup of Columbus, Citra, and Mosaic, finished off with a generous dry-hopping of Mandarina Bavaria. Expect a bright, juicy tropical fruit flavours, perfectly elevated by a vibrant, zesty kick from sweet orange peel added straight into the boil. It’s a brilliantly refreshing, fruit-forward pint that packs a deeply satisfying citrus punch. Cheers!

Different Point Of View

This Belgian Blonde Ale features a fun, rustic twist. Pilsner malt, touched with Melanoidin and Maris Otter, creates a golden base with a richer, deeper colour than your average blonde.

Our house yeast blend delivers spicy, peppery notes alongside fruity banana esters for a complex aroma.

On the palate, expect a bready, biscuity richness balanced by a clean bitterness. Bobek and Tettnang hops impart a gentle, floral, and earthy flavour, rounding out with a crisp, dry finish.

Doggie Paddle

Updated for 2026, you’re going to absolutely love what we’ve done with this one. It pours a gorgeous, opaque golden colour with a thick, pillowy head—thanks to a heavily wheated and oated malt bill designed for maximum softness.

The hop profile on this hazy pale is where it truly sings. We’ve hit the whirlpool with Citra and Nectaron for a massive punch of peach and juicy pineapple, then aggressively dry-hopped it with an absolute powerhouse blend: Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and standout UK hops Harlequin and Olicana.

On the nose, expect an aroma of crushed white wine gooseberry, passionfruit, and bright citrus. On the palate, it delivers a beautifully soft, juicy mouthfeel bursting with complex tropical fruit flavours right through to a smooth finish.

The Bestest Boy

If you’re after a proper, traditional beer with a brilliant modern twist, you’ve got to try this cracking drop from Dog’s Window.

Bestest Boy pours a gorgeous, deep amber-copper colour, built on a robust backbone of classic Maris Otter and Dark Crystal malt. Expect a wonderfully bready, biscuity base layered with a rich caramel sweetness.

What really makes this Best Bitter shine, though, is the hop profile. After a clean bittering addition of Challenger, it features generous whirlpool additions and a dry hop of British Bramling Cross and Ernest. You’ll catch fantastic aromas and flavours of dark berry and spicy blackcurrant from the Bramling Cross, perfectly balanced by a vibrant, fruity punch of apricot and citrus from the Ernest hops. Fermented with a traditional Old English ale yeast for an authentic, slightly fruity finish, it’s a beautifully balanced and incredibly moreish beer.

Cards Against Humans

Built on a beautifully soft malt base loaded with naked and flaked oats, it provides the perfect canvas for the hop payload. We’re talking a heavy-hitting, triple-threat combination of Citra, El Dorado, and Belma hops, lavishly dry-hopped to perfection, with just a touch of Columbus in the boil to anchor the bitterness.

Expect a burst of tropical pineapple and bright citrus zest from the Citra and El Dorado, perfectly layered with the uniquely sweet strawberry and melon notes from the Belma. It’s juicy, and an absolute joy to drink. Get it poured and enjoy!

It Must Be Newton

Pouring a gorgeous, hazy golden colour, it boasts an incredibly soft, silky mouthfeel thanks to a malt bill heavily stacked with flaked oats and wheat. For this batch, it’s an absolute showcase of homegrown brilliance. We’ve stripped back the whirlpool and hit it with a massive, double-dosed dry hop featuring strictly pure UK Olicanan and Harlequin.

Expect a vibrant explosion of fresh peach, ripe mango, and sweet passionfruit popping right out of the glass. It’s a luscious, fruit-forward banger packed to the brim with flavour that really shows off what modern UK hops can do. Grab a can while it’s fresh!

Cheese Tax

Cheese Tax is a remarkably soft and juicy Hazy Pale Ale pouring a gorgeous, opaque golden colour. Built on a silky, thick foundation of naked and flaked oats, it bursts with vibrant tropical fruit flavours. Extensively hopped late in the brew and generously dry-hopped with a stunning New Zealand trio of Nectaron, Wai-iti, and NZ-106, expect waves of passionfruit, fresh peach, and zesty mandarin with a beautifully smooth finish.

Big Dog On The Bridge

Pouring a gorgeous pale colour with a beautiful fluffy head, this brew gets its lovely, satisfying body from a solid backbone of crisp extra pale and wheat malts. But let’s talk about the main event: those glorious American hops. It kicks off with a clean, balancing bitterness from Summut, paving the way for an absolute tidal wave of juicy grapefruit, lime, and tropical citrus thanks to massive additions of Citra in the boil, whirlpool, and the dry hop.

It’s then beautifully rounded off with a hefty dry hop of Centennial, bringing that classic floral and piney bite to perfectly balance out the sweet citrus punch. It’s incredibly crisp, fiercely refreshing, and packed to the rafters with flavour.
